Job Corps is a federally funded program through the US Department of Labor that provide residential training and education for eligible young men and women 16-24 years old. Job Corps  training programs are focused on providing students with hands-on experience aligned with industry standards. This approach is best seen through Job Corps’ work-based learning program, which requires students to spend time in real work environments before they complete training.
