CAREERWISE COLORADO

CareerWise Colorado builds equity in communities by helping employers develop the skilled talent needed to grow and thrive, while enabling every student to have access to a good career.  The cross-industry apprenticeship model works with employers and schools to provide pathways to high-demand, high-paying careers in modern fields such as business operations, financial services, advancing manufacturing and information technology. Student apprentices earn a wage while they gain meaningful work experience and access to industry credentials and debt-free college credit. Employers gain access to a diverse Gen Z talent pipeline while working towards a more equitable and inclusive economy.

Why CareerWise?

More than an internship, apprenticeship is a multi-year program in which young people are trained by adult professionals to step into high-growth careers. Modern youth apprenticeship is student-centered, but for the program to be sustainable, it must be employer-led. CareerWise employers are essential in identifying workforce needs and the skills necessary to succeed in the future of work. In doing so, industry makes a paradigm shift from being simply consumers of talent, to producers of talent.
