The Night of Sustainability Careers is a dynamic and interactive event dedicated to exploring sustainability-focused fields such as water, food, policy, design, research, energy, conservation and restoration, and business. It is designed to attract students from all disciplines, providing a casual yet engaging platform to connect with professionals, explore career paths, and discover job and internship opportunities.

The event features a three-part structure: it begins with speed networking, followed by industry-specific roundtable discussions, and concludes with an hour dedicated to employer tabling and recruitment. Unlike a traditional career fair, this event offers tailored opportunities for employers to uniquely showcase their brands, engage in meaningful interactions, and collaborate with attending faculty.

Organized in partnership with CSU’s Coalition For Sustainable Student Organizations, Night of Sustainability Careers bridges the gap between students and professionals, fostering connections that extend beyond the event.
