We’re excited to invite you to participate in this year’s Reverse Career Fair—a unique opportunity to connect with talented student employees and leaders!
What is a Reverse Career Fair?
Unlike a traditional career fair where students approach employers, this event flips the script. Students will be stationed at tables with displays showcasing their skills, experiences, and career goals, while you move around the room to engage with them.
Why Attend?
- Meet top student talent—our on-campus student employees bring valuable experience, leadership, and transferable skills.
- Engage in meaningful conversations in a more relaxed and open networking environment.
- See firsthand what these soon to be graduates have to offer through their creative and skills-focused displays.
- Discover potential interns, part-time hires, or future full-time employees in an interactive and innovative setting.
What to Expect
- Students will be prepared and ready to showcase their skills, thanks to pre-event workshops.
- Each student will create a display board highlighting their experiences, competencies, and career goals.
- Participants will be encouraged to dress in their on-campus work attire or whatever makes them feel most confident.
- The Career Center provides full event support, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both students and employers.
